100% FULL REFUND ELIGIBLE
- Medical emergency or hospitalization
- Death in the family (immediate family)
- Force majeure (natural disasters, gov't restrictions)
- Verified hardship circumstances

NO REFUND (Non-Refundable Period)
Cancellations within this window are not eligible for refunds regardless of reason. Consider postponement or service modification.

50% PARTIAL REFUND ONLY
Only half of the total event fee is refundable. The remaining 50% covers non-recoverable advance costs.

A 50% advance is required to confirm booking. Final payment is due 7 days before the event.
Event Changes
Any changes to event details must be communicated 14 days in advance. Additional charges may apply.
